All the STEMPER consultants are executives with more than 10 years of experience and who, before their specialization in search and selection, have lived multiple experiences in the business world, with managerial responsibilities. This let them obtain a rich knowledge about the most of the industrial sectors and the several functional areas of the company, with different management backgrounds and styles.

Every STEMPER consultant has studied in universities or technical colleges. Almost all of them speak English and other languages, and what they all have in common is the same top-level professionalism.
